Our skilled and flexible workforce, together with a trusted group of partner sub-contractors, has allowed us to meet and in many cases exceed the KPI's set by our clients, including response times and customer satisfaction.
We employ 60 operational and administrative staff. All tradespersons are qualified to City & Guilds standard in their field, and all have completed Disclosure Scotland checks.
We also utilise a small team of Approved Sub-contractors, who work alongside our in-house trades to provide a full multi-trade repairs service, which is completely managed by our staff, with no additional input required from our Clients.
Timetra provides a fast response emergency repair service which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all public holidays. Emergency calls arising outside of normal working hours are handled by our fully staffed call centre, ensuring that the same high standards are maintained both day and night.

All vehicles are fitted with GPS Fleet Management Systems, allowing our Repairs Team to quickly identify the operatives best placed to attend emergency calls during the course of the day. Not only does this improve the levels of customer service that we are able to provide, it also reduces the company's carbon emissions.
