About Timetra

Founded in 1970, Timetra Ltd was set up to provide high standard property care services for public and private sector housing in Lanarkshire.Since then, the Company has expanded, now covering Central Scotland and beyond, but the core values of Quality Workmanship, Customer Satisfaction and value for money, have remained.

We offer a comprehensive solution to your individual Property Care requirements for both the private and public sectors.

With over 50 years of experience and a service that is fully Quality Assured to ISO 9001:2015 Standard, we are able to provide a comprehensive range of high quality property care solutions, which are backed up by exceptional standards of customer care.

Rapid Response Service

Timetra provides a rapid response emergency repair service, operating a fleet of 36 fully liveried, fully stocked vehicles, all of which are monitored and managed by a GPS tracking system ensuring that we reach you in the minimum possible timescale.

This fast response emergency repair service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year including all public holidays. We have a dedicated out-of-hours Call Centre to help deal with all of our clients’ queries, and manage all Emergency calls, directing the appropriate operative to site as soon as possible.

Customer Feedback

We provide a comprehensive after sales service as our customer feedback is very important to us. We are pleased to receive feedback from our clients in order for us to operate a continual quality improvement process. Ensuring us that we are continuing to provide our valued clients with outstanding levels of performance.

Construction Skills

Timetra works closely with CITB (Construction Skills) to provide an ongoing apprenticeship training scheme, training on average 3 apprentices per year. As well as providing opportunities to young people, this ensures that all of the employees we take on are trained to the highest level, thus ensuring that we continue to carry out work to a high standard.

We also work with our Larger Clients, and local Regeneration Agencies, to provide training placement for young people, who are hoping to enter the Construction Industry.
