At Timetra, we have a highly skilled Design Team, who have a wealth of experience in both the Private Sector Housing and in the Social Housing sectors.

We use this experience to create innovative architectural designs, resulting in not just houses, but homes and communities, designed specifically to meet our Clients’ requirements.

As an organisation, Timetra set out to develop strong and lasting relationships with our Clients, and in our New Build design process, we invite our Clients and their residents to become part of the decision-making process, ensuring that the completed development will meet the needs of the entire community.

We do not differentiate between Private and Social Housing, offering the same high standards of

Quality and attention to detail, within all of our properties.

We have used our 50 years’ experience in property maintenance, to identify areas within New Build Housing which are prone to ongoing maintenance issues across the lifespan of the property, and we have offered and designed solutions to these issues ahead of construction, reducing future maintenance costs.
