Alongside our Repairs services, we also carry out larger, Capital Refurbishment or Replacement Contracts. These projects include large scale door & window replacement works, kitchen and bathroom replacement, and property refurbishment & remodelling works. Capital projects require detailed planning in order to determine the most efficient and cost effective route to completion, and our management and supervisory staff have experience in the successful delivery of these type of projects.
